The Story of ME!
Thank you for taking some time to take a look at my work! At the heart of it I am a art, design, craft, photography, beach, forest, travel, chocolate, Eastenders, netball loving 36 year old! I grew up next to the sea in Cornwall and now have almost spent half of my life living in Bournemouth. In fact I loved art & design so much as a child my parents called me the 'Crayola Kid' and yes this was mentioned in my Dad's Wedding speech :)
I was really lucky to meet my best friend and now hubby (I say now it will be our 12th Wedding Anniversary next year!) just before moving to Bournemouth to study at AUB, fast forward 18 years and we have travelled the world together, live near the sunny beach and have two gorgeous little monkies that keep me very busy!
I first got obsessed with Wedding imagery and photography when planning my own Wedding, so I fully understand how much effort has gone into every last little detail and I'll make sure I capture it all for you. I have photographed around 200 weddings now and have almost 10 years worth of experience. I'm really proud that couple's give me such good feedback and feel truly honoured to be a part of such an important life event. My style is very natural and relaxed, I will capture the day as it unfolds, and during your couple portraits I will guide you to capture natural photos, and don't worry there's no waiting around too long for group photos.....we have it all arranged in advance and I have 6 years experience teaching Product Design & Graphics to Secondary School children as well so I'm very experienced at gathering the masses!!
If I'm not busy with a camera in my hand or sat editing photos, then you will probably find me running around after my two little superheros. I don't think anything could prepare me for the pure amount of joy and love these two little mini-mes have brought us and I love to try to capture all the little moments, as I know they change and grow so quickly. My Newborn and Family photoshoots are very relaxed, I capture your children just as they are now......so you can remember forever.......yes I am now weeping that my eldest is already at school!
